Refund Policy


• In order to make sure that our customers are satisfied with our products and services, ZENAMOROCCAN purchases are easy to return and replace within one day of arrival and receipt. All you need to do is send us a message at [email protected], containing the number and date of the request, a picture of the products you wish to replace, and the reason for the replacement.

 

• Conditions for returning the product:

The product to be replaced or returned must be in the same condition as the original, which has been delivered, not open and unused. If it is returned to us without its original condition, the store is not responsible for retrieving or replacing it.


• Who pay the costs of replacement and return?

If there is no error or defect in the product we are happy to serve you to replace the product but the store will not pay the cost of shipping and return.

 

• When does the refund arrive?

Starting from making the request for the retrieval and arrival of the product to the address of the company's, we start directly without any delay in the refund process as follows:

 

o   In the case of payment by credit card method:

- The amount paid will be returned to your credit card.

- Please note that returning the amount to the card account needs approximately 7 to 10 business days. An email will be sent once the return has been completed.

 

 

o   If you pay by PayPal method:

- The amount paid will be returned to your PayPal account

- Please note that return the amount to PayPal account needs approximately 2 to 7 business days. The information will be transferred to the same PayPal account from which it was paid. An email will be sent once the return has been completed.

 

We are happy to replace and retrieve the goods according to the above conditions. The customer must notify us within 24 hours of receipt product, and return the goods in their original condition.
