About Payment
We accept seven ways for payment:
1. Visa and MasterCard.
2. CashU.
3. Al Rajhi Bank.
4. Paypal.
5. Transfer through Western Union.
6. Transfer through MoneyGram.
7. Payment upon receipt is available only in the following countries: Egypt –Morocco.
Note: pay-to-receive

Is payment of money when the goods arrive
so that our customers enjoy better service. Please read the following
instructions carefully:
Paiement when receiving:
Only in Egypt and Morocco: The shipping company agent will deliver the parcel
to you at your address and receive the order amount instead of us, please
prepare the money in advance and make sure that your mobile is not turning off
or unavailable so that the shipping company can communicate with you. You will
be able to find out about the shipping cost through the Shipping Policy
page.
When you finish confirming the order, please pay attention to the total price on
invoice.
Modify or cancel the order after confirmation:
After order confirmation, you can cancel the payment on delivery within 10 minutes to 4 hours after confirmation, by entering to “order history” and canceling the order from your order list. This service is available for limited time and applies only to orders that have not yet been shipped. You can cancel the order yourself in case you want to add or delete a specific item from the order.
Note: The payment request upon receipt cannot be replaced by another after receiving the goods.
1-Confirmation of application data:
During the purchase from the store, the address of good receipt and mobile phone number must be written correctly, and clearly.
(Country -
city or governorate - neighborhood - street - building number - apartment or
house number)
If there is another phone number please writes it, although near your home a
famous placement please write it too (Whether a mosque, a famous shop or a
famous agency) in order to ensure that the shipment arrives at its proper location.
2-Post-confirmation of the order:
After
ordering and purchasing you can access your account from time to time to
inquire and follow up the status of your order.
3-Note: Upon canceling the order, if you receive a message stating that
the operation does not succeed, it means
that the order has been filled out and processed for shipping. In this case,
please contact customer service here to try canceling the order.
4-Processing the goods for shipment:
We usually have only one working day to handle the order, less than the
official holidays and weekend holidays. If your order contains a non-available
item, you can replace it with other items at the same price.
5-Shipping Order:
You can find out all the details of the shipping through the shipping policy page and special cases may cause delays.
6-Post-delivery problems
After you
confirm the goods receipt, if you have any problem with your order, please
contact our customer service immediately as soon as possible by sending a
ticket from your personal account at zenamoroccan,
